Creator Terms

These Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”) supplement our Terms of Service and apply specifically to users who create, upload, stream, or distribute content on theirlife.pet (“Creators”). By creating a creator profile or uploading content, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

theirlife.pet provides hosting, distribution, and monetization tools. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for creator content. The platform acts as a service provider, not a publisher. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You retain ownershipof all content you upload. By uploading content to theirlife.pet, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the platform and its successors' and affiliates' business.

This license includes the right to make your content available through other distribution channels and embed players, to promote the platform, and to create thumbnails, previews, and transcriptions of your content. This license persists for the duration your content is hosted on the platform and for a reasonable period after removal to allow for cache clearing and backup expiration.

You may remove your content at any time. Upon removal, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to cease distribution, though cached copies may persist for a limited period.

Eligible creators may earn revenue through the platform's monetization program. Revenue is generated from advertising displayed alongside your content, sponsorships, and viewer donations.

Ad Revenue Share

• Standard rate: 55% of net ad revenue attributed to your content
• Non-profit organizations (NPOs): 70% of net ad revenue
• Featured partners: 80% of net ad revenue (by invitation)
• Referral bonus: +10% base rate for referred creators, +5% for exclusive content partnerships

Payout Terms

• Minimum payout: $25 USD. Balances below this threshold carry forward to the next payment period.
• Payout schedule:Monthly, processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings.
• Payment method: Via Stripe Connect. You must have a connected Stripe account to receive payouts.
• Tax responsibility: You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) as required by law.

To be eligible for monetization, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have an active creator profile in good standing
• Have a connected Stripe Connect account for receiving payments
• Have no active community guideline strikes on your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Monetization may be suspended or revoked if you receive a community guidelines strike, a copyright strike, or if we detect fraudulent activity on your account. Suspended monetization means ad revenue will not accrue during the suspension period.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consent and release forms from any individuals who appear in your content. If your content features animals that you do not own, you must have the express permission of the animal's owner.

Content featuring minors must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. theirlife.pet may request proof of consent at any time and may remove content if adequate consent cannot be demonstrated.

As a creator, you must not upload content that infringes on the copyright of others. If your content receives a DMCA takedown notice, you will be notified and a copyright strike will be recorded on your account.

You have the right to file a counter-notice if you believe the takedown was issued in error. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for full details on the takedown and counter-notice process.

Community guidelines strikes and copyright strikes are tracked separately but follow the same escalation pattern:

Exception: Confirmed animal cruelty results in immediate, permanent termination regardless of strike history. See our Animal Welfare Policy.

The platform may terminate your creator channel and remove all associated content for any of the following reasons:

• Accumulation of 3 community guidelines strikes
• Accumulation of 3 copyright strikes
• Confirmed animal cruelty (immediate termination)
• Fraudulent activity, including artificial inflation of views, engagement, or revenue
• Violation of applicable laws, including but not limited to animal welfare laws, copyright law, and privacy law
• Any other material breach of these Creator Terms or the general Terms of Service

Upon termination, all pending and unpaid earnings are forfeited. You may request a data export of your content prior to termination taking effect, subject to our data retention policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless theirlife.pet, its parent company UrBreed, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your content, including any claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or invasion of privacy
• Your use of the platform in violation of these Creator Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, or privacy rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Creator Terms.
