The Hero Program exists to recognize those efforts and encourage more people to get involved.
Every 2 verified hours = one $15 Hero Tag.
For every 2 verified volunteer hours with a participating animal-welfare organization, you earn the opportunity to purchase one urSmartID Hero Tag for $15. Hours must be verified by the participating organization.
…and so on. Two hours of your time protects one more animal.

Hero Tags are intended to protect animals, not to be resold.
- Hero Tags may only be registered to animals owned by the participant or members of their household.
- Hero Tags may not be purchased for resale.
- Hero Tags may not be transferred for commercial purposes.
- Volunteer hours must be verified by a participating animal-welfare organization.
- urSynergy reserves the right to suspend participation for abuse of the program.
Hero recognition
Participants may choose to share their volunteer experiences, animal stories, and community involvement. With permission, urSynergy may recognize Hero Program participants on our website, social channels, and community outreach. Recognition is completely optional.
Why we created it
This is not a coupon. It is not a sale. It is not a marketing promotion. The Hero Program exists to encourage volunteerism, support animal-welfare organizations, and recognize the people who dedicate their time to helping animals. If it inspires even one more person to spend a few hours helping animals in need, it has already succeeded.
