Mark them lost from the tag itself
Switch lost mode on or off from your tags, choose your emergency contacts, and show or download the QR code.
You hear about it
A finder’s report reaches you straight away. While your pet has an open Lost & Found case, a scan of the tag alerts you too, at most once an hour.
Private messages from finders
When your pet is marked lost, a finder can message you. You get an alert, and your reply reaches them through a private relay; neither of you sees the other’s number or email.
When the tag was scanned
You can see a list of every scan of each tag: when, and whether the scanner was signed in. No location is shown.
